The Future is Plant-based –
Let’s Get Technical

Saturday 28th Nov 2020 | 11:15am – 12:00pm

Last year the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) released a report which highlights animal agriculture as one of the main culprits in increased C02 emissions, indicating eating less meat as a plausible solution towards mitigating climate change. Now more than ever people need to rethink what they put on their plates.

On this inspiring panel, we explore the issues surrounding the complexity of our diets and societal norms. Our team of experts leading the way in the plant-based movement discuss the challenges we face and the progress we have made in food technology and shifting behavioural habits.
