Following a decade in support of endangered species field research and marine ecology management Alyson Lundstrom settled in 2014 with business partner Marisa and opened one of Macau’s first exclusively vegetarian eateries, The Blissful Carrot. Alyson believes passionately in the intertwining relationships we form with our food, our ecology, and our community and helped to form Macau’s first ever local CSA programme.
